Overview

During the last fifteen years, I have gained valuable experience in secondary education, in a wide range of roles including teacher, coach, curriculum writer, and school leader.  Most recently, I was Director of the Alternative Diploma Program at UTEC, a high school program for students facing significant barriers to education.  I have taught and designed curriculum for civics, law and justice, U.S. history, and health; and developed professional development programs for teachers.  Former clients include the Boston Public Schools (BPS) and the Education Development Center (EDC).
